It is finally done, well, much payment is still at hand, but the contract is signed, and will be sent to the government for paroval very soon, and I have the keys in my pocket. It is not a small house. It contains much more than my familly needs, so we have much room for visitors. At the moment there is 11 bedrooms in the house, 2 kitchen, 5 bathrooms, a swiming pool, and a BBQ area. It is close to beaces and Centro. This starts to sound like an advertise for a hotel.....
We are happy about our new house, the price was really good, and we have a good relation with the familly selling the house to us. All the stories about people being swindled when trying to buy property in Brazil does not account on us.
The next step now is to organize the house to our needs and wishes, and to get friends and familly over for holidays and parties.

No, most houses are smaller, I bought this house of a family who have 7 kids, all grown up now and moved out.
